Random no voice between calls, internally and to PSTN

Hi,

We are experiencing random no Vocice on some calls. Happens to both IP to IP on same site (same subnet) as well as IP to PST calls.

We initially upgraded 3.0.1 to 3.1.3a. System has been very instable every since. We have H323 gateway runing 12.2.3 with 2xT1 PRI to PSTN.

Does anyone have a clue? should i upgrade to 3.2.2a ?

we have unity 3.1 as the messaging and it too have Message light indicator problems.

Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
