RCC/Lync - single cluster intergration with multi CUCM clustering
Has anyone been able to integrate a single lync cluster with a multi cluster CUCM/Cups enviorment? Globally, we have only a single Lync cluster enviorment, where as we have 3 cucm clusters based on regions.
In short, i do not see anyway for Lync or cups to be configured to support this.

With the disclaimer that I haven't done this, sure I'll take a swing at it.
You would need a IM&P/CUP server/cluster for each CUCM cluster as they are locked in a 1:1 pairing due to the Informix database being increasingly shared between them. From Lync's perspective you would essentialy repeat the integration three times, with unique SIP Routes for each server/cluster. The Line Server URI for the user would then have the cluster-specific right hand side value. Example: sip:firstname.lastname@example.org.
The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
