Has anyone successfully gotten Verizon to enable RDNIS on a PRI? We have been working with two different VZ account teams in two different states for two different customers and cannot get them to understand what RDNIS is, little alone enable it. I know VZ supports it as I have seen another customer use it with them before, except they cannot remember what they had to ask VZ for to get it to work. We have asked the account teams about RDNIS, redirecting number, centralized voicemail integration, etc and they have no clue what I am talking about. I know they have a product name for it, so if you know what it is I would really appreciate it. Thanks Chris
