Re-IP of voice network

After re-ip of a voice network with a rebuild of the call managers and the CRS, is it necessary to re-install the Desktop Agent software on each PC or is it possible to just update .ini or .cfg files. If so, do you know which files?

If you had DNS for IP address resolution, that would have taken care of this. Any thoughts how to change it if it was configured using IP address explicitly?

We did this a while back without any problems. The only Desktop software we were using was AC which we just pointed to the new IP Address and everything worked ok.

Only other thing we had to change was Unity TSP config and DNS entries.
