Read-Only FastDials

Hello,

I would like to setup a "System Speed Dial" FastDial service. Is there any way to make it read-only from the phones? I'm passing the full URL for the IP Phone Service including userID/PIN. This way users simply subscribe to a service without needing to enter a userID/PIN.

Any tips would be much appreciated!
