Realitis PBX BRI NT trunk connection with 2651XM

Hello,

Does someone has experiance with connecting an VIC-BRI-NT/TE as NT (Network setting, master clock etc...) to a Realitis BRI?

The Realitis seems configured for slave but we have Clock error messages, when we use Q931 and Q921 debugging.

I'm not sure what you mean by clock errors - is this on the router or the PBX ?

The PBX by default should be slaving clock from the NT device (router voice port). Does the link come up and work for a while, or does it never come up ?

I get in Q931 Q921 debugging mode on the Cisco2651XM the message about a Clocking issue that it receives 40 Bad Frames within 41 msec. So, this is a message from the router.

So the link comes up for a very short time and go down followed by the clocking message. The engineers from the Realitis PBX said that the put the PBX in Slave Clocking.

Do you maby the specs of the ISDN RJ45 plug??
