RealSpeak gone missing

My customer has reported that his TTS is not functioning.<br><br>On looking at his System Configuration Report I see that there is a blank after the "Text-to-Speech Engine Available" line. A previous Report taken a couple of weeks ago showed this as RealSpeak.<br><br>The question is how do I go about making RealSpeak available again?<br><br><br>

Actually, I don't think the SA screen accurately shows which engine(s) are installed regardless. There's a bug in DDTS on this I believe. Is the TTS functionality not working? The engine didn't just go away, but the registry may be misconfigured after an upgrade where engine types were changed or something along those lines.
