While running the DEMO, I'm pretty sure we had Realspeak TTS.

After upgrading to our License (IP/8Port/100user/2TTS) it now appears to be running TTS3000 (choppy male voice).

When I ran the install, it didn't give me a choice which version of TTS I wanted. Do I need another Key? If so, is this a for-cost upgrade? I don't see any part numbers that relate to version of TTS on DPRG.

Yes, you need to pay for the RealSpeak engine if you want it. It's somewhat more expensive than the TTS3000 engine and chews up more CPU/memory resources so the configurations you can get with it are reduced (i.e. you can't get a 48 port system with 8 ports of TTS with RealSpeak).

There are seperate part numbers for TTS systems with TTS3000 vs RealSpeak.
