We have just upraded Unity 3.0.2 to RealSpeak. We have folowed all of the pertinent information concerning the upgrade using the UNity License upgrade and are testing a soon to go live system (we have a couple of days). When you call in to get email you get<br>1) you have a new email<br>2) Sorry this email cannot be read now<br>3) Sorry this system is temporarily unable to complete this call<br>4) GOODBYE<br><br>In that order. I have attached the key dump. THere is no one here that can be using all the ports as there is nobody here but us engineers and the system is not live. Was Realspeak on the Key, in an ealier post you said "We have just upraded Unity 3.0.2 to RealSpeak". Did you upgrade from TTS 3000?

Check the Application Log in Event Viewer right after this happens. What error messages are logged?

Also, if you want to be emailed when someone replies, check the "Email all replies to my real email address" checkbox when you post a message.

What is the history of this system - When you first installed, did you have TTS enabled on your license key?

Yup... Text to speech was enabled during install

Yes, we had drunken swede voice and customer ponied up for RealSpeak license. We installed using License manager and stopped and started service and now we get the errors


Ok, I thought so.

You need to re-run the setup for Unity. You need to do this because the RealSpeak engine and dictionary is not installed unless the key specifies RealSpeak at install time.
