Realspeak TTS

I remember it be mentioned at ActiveVoice Unity training<br>that there are multiple voices available for use with<br>Realspeak (using 2.4.6).<br><br>What are those settings?<br><br>--- Thanks ---<br><br>

The RealSpeak engine only has one voice and one language (Female for US English) in the 2.4.6 release. The TTS3000 engine supports several voices and languages.

If you have TTS3000 you can head to the registry under HKLM\Software\Active Voice\TTS and under there you'll find a list of voices associated with each language (i.e. Boris or Michael etc...). Any of those voices can be used for the ENU (US Egnlish) language. There are a few others not in there (i.e. Grandpa) but truth be told, you'll probably end up coming back to Michael. Everyone always does.
