Reason Codes on IP Phone Agent

Hi all

We need to add various reason codes onto the IP Phone Agents, eg. Smoke Break, Private call, etc. Can this be done?

Hi Wesley,

If you're using the Cisco Desktop Product Suite, then you can configure the reason codes for the IP Phone Agents with the Cisco Desktop Administrator application. Make sure you uncheck:

1. Idle reason required

2. Logout reason required

In the Enterprise Desk Settings in the ICM Configuration Manager (ICM4.6.x)

The reason codes appear as a list in the IP Phone's XML browser.

Hi

Sorry, didn't mention that we're using CRS3.0(2). We're got it working fine on the Desktop Agent, but it's not getting to the Phone Agent
