For some reason my mouse is not working on my CallManager server so I would like to reboot it. Are there any special steps or considerations to rebooting this server? (Besides calls not being able to be placed).
Use the keyboard keys to perform the reboot. No special considerations. If you have a CallManager cluster, your phones will failover to another node. If not, call processing will stop while the server reboots. Hope this helps.
