Reboot of IP phone after search in corporate directory

When i do a search in the corporate directory of the ip phone. If there is no entrie (empty search result) and i push the softkey "DIAL" the ip phone reboots after a short time.

Does anybody have the same problem? And does somebody know about a fix or workaround?

I got a Callmanager Version 3.3 (3) sr2 and the phones have a Load of P00305000300. I am using german and french locales but it happens also if i am using english.

You are running into either CSCec60095 or CSCec78423. Neither have fixes that have been released yet.

The second one is the one which describes exactly my problem. To bad there is no workaround so i guess i

have to wait.
