they do a very good accounting package that can integrate not just telephony but other accounts based applications, such as web useage and e-mail useage.

I honestly hate Avotus. They do OTM and OTM was nothing but a pain in the you-know-what for us.

Try MindCTI... We use them now and they do our unified call accounting for Nortel and Cisco PBXs, the software is priced reasonably and it's designed well. Support is good too.
