recall the user that has left a message

Hi,

I wonder if it is possible with Unity to recall the caller that has left a message on the voicemail.

It is possible to answer with a message for internal callers. but What I would like, is to recall the caller by simply choosing an option in the post message menu .

Hi,

I guess what you want is to be able to redial the number of the party of the voicemail. Unity can announce to you the number of the party who dropped the voicemail (if the option is checked under "messages" for the subscriber) so you can dial the number of whoever called you after the message has been played.

I doubt if you can configure Unity to dial a number after you listen to the voicemail. This, I feel, is because Unity does not process calls : this is done by the call manager and so you have to exit Unity to make an actual call.

This is "return call" and it will be supported in Unity 4.0 later this year.
