receptionist extension number modification

dear sir,

Any one have any idea how to change the receptionist extension numbering , if let say the current number is 111XXXX. We wish to change it to 222XXXX. Please share.

Where do you want to change it? In CallManager,Callmanager Express, at Telco?

Please, can you provide more explanation? What is the current DN is it eh 7 digits you provided?

Is it a phone extension, and Attendant Console Pilot Point?

thank you for your reply, it's in callmanager publisher. Current DN is 7 digits i provided.

1.)Mind to tell me if it's phone extension what should i do?

2.) If Attendant Console Pilot Point, what should i do?

1. If it's phone extension then simpy go to device->phones perform a search for the phone, on the left hand side click on the Directory Number, modify it and Reset it

2. If it is AC pilot then go to Services->Attendant Console Pilot Point and change the DN of the AC pilot
