Record and play button greyed out

Hi:<br> I recently installed Unity3.13 on ICS 7750. System is running fine in the first day. ON the second day when I tried to set up operater number in the UNity I found extension number can't be saved under call transfer under operator handler. Then I restarted the unity SPE module, some weird things happened, original recorded welcome message gone and opening greeting record and play button are greyed out. After search this forum, finally I can use PC to browse Unity and config it but not from Unity console. What could cause the problem? <br><br>

I have no idea what you mean by "can use PC to browse Unity and config it but not from Unity console"... this makes no sense to me.

You're three posts here tell me there's more to this story that we're being told. This sounds like a migration that went wrong or something along those lines. The media master control will be grayed out if the path to the WAV file it expects to be there is not (i.e. the install path name is different or something was moved/deleted etc...).

I'd just be guessing as to what happened here without some more details.

Hi Jeff

This is a brand new installation for a new office. What I said is after I reload the unity server,record and play grayed out if I log on unity by clicking launch system admin. But record and play button are fine if I log on unity via a PC through web interface http://unity/Web/SA.Is this not a weird problem? Thanks.
