Under the page of geeeting of OPening greeting, I choose paste file from one file which is a newly recorded wav file. Then I click play and send it to a phone to play it. I can hear the newly recorded message. But if I call the AA number I still hear the original welcome message. What's wrong here? Finally we rename new new file as opening greetingday.wav, then it works. BUt I still don't understand new file has to be the specific file name? Thanks<br><br>
