Record Volume

When a person leaves a voice mail message from the PSTN the volume is extremely low. Internal message volume is fine. Greetings and menu prompts from the PSTN are fine. I have tried the regedit using wavegain and set the record to -9db, with no luck. I am running Unity 2.4.6(135) and CCM 3.1.2(c) with TSP 3.0.2. Any ideas?<br><br>Thanks,<br><br>

What type of gateway are you using? Are you using g729 for calls from the PSTN?

I am using G711 on all calls.
