Recording Busy Greeting

I am running Unity 2.4.6(161) and would like my users to be able to record their busy greeting through the TUI. Currently the menus don't seem to support this. I know that they can use AA but they are currently not using it. Is there anyway to modify the menus to allow this functionality?<br><br>

no, the TUI conversation isn't modifiable to allow other options at this point. You're limited to your standard, off hours and alternate greetings over the phone at this point.
