Using IPCC Express 3.1, CM 3.3(3), and AD.
Supervisors can moniotor calls, but they are unable to record. The Record button is there, but does not work.
On the IPCC Express Server, in the Event Viewer, Application, I get error messages:

One of these are created every time a supervisor attempt to record. The real IP for the server is in place of the x's.
