Recording or Listening from 7960 phone

When I try to record or listen to a greeting from the phone I get the message "Unknown problems are preventing the connection to the server". How can I resolve this issue? I am entering my ip extension and have tried the ip address of both the primary and secondary callmanager. BTW the phones are registered to the secondary callmanager.<br><br>

What happens when you enter the servername or IP address of the Unity server? That's actually the server it wants to know about.

What happens??? It works! My bad, I guess you need to get the right server for the connection to work. Thanks!
