Recording the Calls

Is there a way for every user to record his own calls?or the server can record them?

if you have CallManager AND Unity running then you can use the Unity Live Record feature referenced here:

CCM nor CME has that capability build in, however there are third party recording products out there.

My company resells Telrex which seems to satisfy users. In order to provide call recording on demand by end users, I don't know of any products that integrate with CCM, the only way I know is by using Call Center recording such as IPCC Call Recording, Witness, etc.

that did the job and much more :)

i want to ask 1 question: can we make the VoiceMessage.wav get renamed with the phone number of the 2nd party that we are talking to?

like when someone calls and leaves a message, we get a message from this guys number, can we do that in here?

If memory serves I think the answer is "no" but I can't really say with any certanty. The Cisco Unity guys (or some NetPro Unity guru) should chime in sometime on Monday if not before. Sorry I could not help you with that one.

in the video in the cisco unity tools, demonstrating how to enable the Record Live, they said its up to one hour, while when i set up the max, its 1200 seconds which is 20 mins only, how to make it more than 20 mins?
