My company resells Telrex which seems to satisfy users. In order to provide call recording on demand by end users, I don't know of any products that integrate with CCM, the only way I know is by using Call Center recording such as IPCC Call Recording, Witness, etc.
If memory serves I think the answer is "no" but I can't really say with any certanty. The Cisco Unity guys (or some NetPro Unity guru) should chime in sometime on Monday if not before. Sorry I could not help you with that one.
