Recording to an analog device. (Need nelp with my idea)

Does anyone know if it is possible to have a single conference number that when I user calls into it, it will automatically call the phones that need to be in the conference? If someone can figure this out external recording to an analog device will work.

Scenario: (POC)

This proof of concept idea consists of a Cisco VG200 Analog Gateway with 4 FXS ports for analog conversation. The FXS ports will be used to connect from an RJ-11 cable to an RCA adapter.

Process

Each agent IP phone will be part of a Conference Bridge setup on the Call Manager with a corresponding FXS port. Once a call is placed to an agent Call Manager will set up a conference bridge between the parties establishing voice conversation and recording.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to setup the conference?

How are you going to turn the recorder off and on? Voice recognition? We're using Eyretel's solution for voice recording. Very nice.

There are two other companies recording VoIP as well...

Nice Systems:

And Verint Sytems, formerly Comverse Infosys. However, I couldn't find any info on their website about VoIP recording.
