Redirect PSTN call back to Outside Mobile Phone in CME

Does anyone know whether CME can redirect incomming call from PSTN backward to outside phone(PSTN)?

It works in internal phone call, if the internal phone call a internal phone that was configured to forward all to outside PSTN; e.g. Mobile or pager. The incomming call can be forward out.

If external caller ring the phone that had forward all to outside phone will no get any ringback tone.

Debug ISDN q931, get the following:

ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: TX -> STATUS pd = 8 callref = 0x0014

Cause i = 0x80E4 - Invalid information element contents

Call State i = 0x01

ISDN Se0/0/0:23 Q931: TX -> RELEASE pd = 8 callref = 0x0014

Thanks in advance!

Hairpinning occurs when an incoming PSTN call cannot be delivered over IP so the call is looped back out to the PSTN. RTPvt is equivalent to the ISDN PRI Two B-Channel Transfer standard.
