Redirect to VM when Bandwidth Limit is hit

Greetings,

In a hub and spoke scenario, is it possible to redirect incoming calls to voice mail when Location bandwidth limit is reached? Right now the caller gets a reorder tone.

Can AAR be used for this?

Yes, AAR will do this. Create a Partition/Calling Search Space for AAR. Put a translation pattern matching xxxxxxxxxx [External Number Mask On Phones] and translate that to the VM DN and change the calling search space back to contain the partition of your VM Ports

Dont forget to change the AAR Calling Search Space on the Phones to this new AAR Search Space. Have Fun.
