Redirecting callers to voicemail if no agents are logged in

I have found a question in the forum, that is exactly the same problem I have now. I am using ICD and I know how to send callers to voicemail if no agents are available, but my question is "How do I send callers to voicemail if no agents are logged in?" There is a difference between "logged in" agents and "unavailable" agents. If agents are logged in and unavailable, I want calls to go into the queue. If there are no agents logged in, I want calls to go to voicemail directly.

Use the GetReportingStatistic step in the CRAEditor. One of the options is AgentsLoggedOn. Store this value in an integer variable, if this = 0 send to voicemail.
