Redirecting calls to a service

Does anyone know if there is a way in CCM to redirect a dialed call to a service? What I'm trying to do is if a caller dials 411, redirect them to a web based tool rather than paying for directory assistance through the telcos. Any ideas? Is there a 3rd party app that will do this?

I am not sure if Cisco supports the dial-a-service feature. Alternatively, you can make use of the IP Phone services (a web-based XML applications).

Refer to the phone configuration guide for the steps.
