Guys,
Do you now the procedure how to run the on-board dual NIC and worked as an active and standby in MCS-7825-H1 server from HP.
Do I need a third party software? Do I need to do any configuration in the switches or ONLY in the server?
Please be advised.

You can use the HP Network adapter mgmt software that comes with the server disc set (not callmanager discs). You can use this to setup the nics in failover mode. The teamed nic assumes the mac-address of primary nic and uses the standby nic only in case of failure of primary nic.

Hi Sankar,
Thanks for the info. In which disc set I can find this management software?
I have only the disk from cisco but for the MCS-7825-h1 server I dont find anything inside the box.
Can I download this software from the hp site?
Thanks
