Hello -
We are running ICM version 4.0. We can only get a 30 second refresh rate on our MAWs. Does anyone know of a way to get a 10 second refresh rate, or if there is something in newer versions that addresses this?
Thanks in advance -

Renee,
The instructions below are for for 4.1, but I believe it is the same for 4.0. Its worth a try anyway.
Open regedt32 in the Run Command. From HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, click on SOFTWARE>GeoTel>ICR>(Instance Name - normally below "Active instance")>AW>ICR Montor.
On the right side of the screen when ICR Monitor is highlighted, you should see "RefreshRate: REG_SZ: 30" meaning the refresh is set at 30 seconds. To change, highlight this line, click on Edit on the menu bar and select "String". Change the number to 10 and click OK. The refresh will now cycle at 10 seconds. You need to make this change for each Monitor AW.
I have a screen print of the steps above should you need them.

Thanks much! Between me and the IT guys, we can probably get there from your instructions. If I need the screen print, I'll post again. Thank you for the offer.
