Refresh Rate for Trunk Group Data

We are in the process of implementing a new IVR with Service Control Interface. We would like to loadbalance calls using the object TrunkGroup.TrunksIdle. Our prelimnary tests with an ICM script and Call Tracer show that this information refreshes every 45 seconds, but we would like this to be lower. Does anyone know if this refresh rate is a function of the IVR or the ICM? And if it is the ICM, does it require a registry change or something else?

A question about your Service Control implementation: when the Service Control dialogue ends for a particular call, is the IVR sending trunk and trunk group information back to the ICM? As I recall, in my last Service Control implementation, the updates to the trunk real-time data were in the ten-second range, and we didn't need to set any Reg keys to do it.

Double-check your VRUCAP logs at the VRU PIM side to ensure that the trunking information is being included when the Service Control dialogue ends for a particular call.
