registered regular IP phone becomes invisible after rebooting a server

If register regular IP phone as device for a user, it becomes invisible for Cisco TSP provider after rebooting server with Cisco TSP.

Here are steps to see the problem :

1. In CCM Admin web appliction go to User -> User Seach and enter user name

2. Click to Device assotiations ->Devicer Name -> beging with 'S' to find regular IP phones

3. Set check box to 'checked' for phones which need to be added to Cisco TSP enum.

4. After it all phones are visible in enum utility

5. After this operation we can open listed phones from our application as usual TAPI line.

6. After rebooting a server with Cisco TSP we lost all of assotiated as devices

and phones are not visible in enum utility

7. To resolve problem is required to do steps 2 and 3 again (to unregister IP phones from assotiated devices first).
