Release Complete is not sent after call terminated.

Hi,

A call is originated from cisco to another gateway . After cisco is on-hook to end the call, the terminating gateway can hear idle tone, followed by busy tone. But the call is not actually terminated, because H225 Release Comlete Message is not sent from cisco, which the terminating call expected.

Is there anybody knows any setting that I need so that Release Complete message will be sent after on-hook?

Capture a ‘debug h225 events’ to see if the message is being sent. If not, call Cisco for help. If it is showing in the debug, call the gateway vendor.
