I have call manager 3.2. I have a remote site thorugh VPN pixes on both sides. It was working before when I tried to upgrade the firmware for IP phones. I had to roll back after having the problem with Phone. Now the remote phone does not register any more. I did not find that IP address in call manger trace.In the device page ,that phone is showing not found. I can ping both sides subnets wihtout any problem. What problem it may be ?
One more question on SRST- I believe that SRST means that if call manager is not available the Phone still will be available. But on that phone it is trying to register again and again.
