Remote survivability

1 - 3.1 CM and remote site has 2620 running (12.2.2XB). 10 of 70 phones have SRS load P003E302 on them. When testing, the 1st 24 phones will register with the router. Even the ones without the SRS supported load. They have the default load of P00303010102. I am not sure of the reason. Any ideas....?

I believe that in CM 3.1 the default load supports SRS.
