Remove VoIP via VPN?

What remote office VoIP options are available today? We have applications that need remote people at home offices. Looking at the 827 series DSL router, is there a possibility of VPNing into the corporate network [dynamic IP on the router's WAN DSL interface] (which has Call Managers) and locating a remote IP phone? Or with the 827-4V router, is this possible with standard phones?

Obviously, QOS could not be gaurunteed over and ISP's DSL connection, although we are willing to give it a try, especially using G.729a.

The 827 with the analog voice ports should be a perfect home office solution. For a home office (single line) you shouldn’t have to implement QoS. Your DSL service provider shouldn’t have any problem with a 56k voice stream and some data. Setup IPSec on it and you’re all set.
