Unity 126.96.36.199, CM 3.0.11<br>I have a pilot point setup in CM to forward all calls to Unity. In "Call Routing/Forwarded Calls" the call is routed to a specific call handler, depending upon what time of day it is. The flow of the call works, but the caller hears "Please hold while your call is transferred", when Unity attempts to transfer to the call handler. Is there anyway to remove the "Please hold while your call is transferred" prompt or to redesign the flow so that a call is still routed to different numbers depending upon the time of day without hearing the prompt? <br><br>
No, not currently... I think there's a feature request buried somewhere in DDTS about adding a "transfer announcement" customization to the call handler and subscriber object that would allow you to either record your own little greeting here or have it skip the prompt on a per handler/subscriber basis. But it's not on deck anywhere that I know of.
