Reorder Tone not working!!

I am dialing a phone number that should give me the reorder tone "Were sorry you call cannot be completed as dialed..." but Instead of getting that, I get a fast busy. This would be going out a CAS t1 line setup for MGCP. Any thoughts?

I have an ISDN PRI line we use for local calls, when I force this number to dial out the PRI line I get the reorder tone...

Jeff,

OK, the "fast busy" you describe as hearing is reorder. It sounds as if you are wanting to hear the telco intercept "Were sorry you call cannot be completed as dialed..."

Odds are the telco is sending you a Progress Indicator letting CM know the number is not avaialble. Look at the traces/debugs to first determine that you are making it off the IP network, then if you are look at the disconect cause code for further info about the call.

Jeff,

I had a similar issue with 3.3(2)spB and a 6608 E1 blade (MGCP). I found I hit CSCdx69047; The TAC announced a fix in 3.3(3) - currently scheduled for June 5.

Ok this sounds exactly what I have... but what is Overlap Sending?

The call manager is configured as Overlap Sending. The gateway used is an MGCP
