The Reply to All function is very serious for our sales force. They are concerned with disgruntled employees sending a broadcast message to an entire group. They need it removed even though this would be quite difficult for the manufacturer. Can you help us ASAP in this area?<br><br>
For those that don't know, if you hit "44" (the 4s must be within about 1/2 seconds of one another) instead of just "4" to reply, it actually replies to all instead of just the sender.
This is an undocumented feature and doesn't even show up in the help. I'm unclear why your users would even know it's there unless they were told. We added this at the request of a large customer but we weren't thrilled with the idea of "blind" reply all so it was not mentioned anywhere in our docs.
If you really think this is an urgent issue, you'll have to get the marketing guys to get it on the Critical Problem Resolution plate for quick attention. Ping the "firstname.lastname@example.org" and make your case.
