reply to all??

one of my customers tells me they did a reply to all on a message sent to a group... this isn't an option on my in house system. Is there a setting somewhere for this? are they mistaken?<br><br>

Actually, there is an undocumented reply to all feature in the product starting with 2.4.0 and later.

Normally you can reply to a message from another subscriber by hitting “4” in the after message menu. If you hit “44” (the 4s need to be less than ½ a second apart) you’ll hear the “reply to all” prompt.

Frankly I’m not a big fan of this feature since you can’t list all the folks it might be going to, which is a tad dangerous. We had a partner that really (really) wanted this so we tucked it into a double key press option. Someone must have had one cup of coffee too many or something and double pressed the 4…
