Unfortunatly there is no particular report to help you with this. You might be able to use the Bulk Edit utility available on the answermonkey.net to get a list of subscribers that match your transfer criteria.
I could probably add call transfer details to the Subscriber Information Dump utility on AnswerMonkey fairly quickly. Can you tell me exactly what the customer is looking for? Just the transfer number? Or include the transfer type, the number of rings, the busy action (i.e. allow holding) etc...?
Jeff, The only settings that need to be dumped are if the subscriber has the call tranfer set to 1. Directly to VM, 2. Send to Subscribers ext., 3. Send to specified number and what that number is. The release to switch and holding option are not really needed, but would be cool to see.
'K. Should be easy enough. I gotta finish up the tool I'm working on today to change the greetings and voice name WAV files back and forth between 711 and 729a (lots of requests for that one) and then I'll circle back and add that to the subscriber information dump tool. Should have it up in a day or two on AnswerMonkey.
I banged this out and I have a copy for you to look at if you want. Ping me at my corporate email account below and I'll shoot you a copy. I can't post to AnswerMonkey from here so it wont be available for download till late tonight.
