I have Unity 4.0.2 (Exchange) in a failover config. I was poking around in SQL Enterprise Manager on the failover server, that the ReportDb database was greyed out and it showed (Recovering) next to it. Is this normal for the failover server? All other databases look fine. There is nothing related that I can find in the Event Viewer.

That's not unusual - you'll see that on a regular server after a restore sometimes as well - the first time you run a report that'll clear (the tables needed will be created on the fly). The ReportsDB is basically a "scratch" table used by the reports engine so it's nothing to be overly concerned with.
