Greetings,
I'm a newb to CME, and was wondering what is available for reporting on the system, specifically: calls made from extensions (time and number dialed) and calls made TO extensions.
If I can't do this natively or with a cisco product, does someone know of any third-party solutions or have any advice on how to accomplish this?
In case it matters, I get dial tone via a PRI T1.

CiscoWorks Voice Manager can be used for this.

Or see StoneVoice (Billy is their silly named app) who do an eval version if you're interested...
