Reports generation

Hi, <br>How do I set up a account to receive a report generated by the system? If I logon as administrator, it cannot receive any reports after generation. If I logon as one of the subscriber with installer permission, it still do not receive any reports by Email. Pls adv.<br><br><br><br>

Not applicable

There isn't anything you should need to do for this. If you access the SA as a subscriber and run a report it should automatically drop a link to that report into your email. Are the reports completing properly (i.e. are they showing up as done in the status monitor and available in the commserver\reports directory)? Did anyone fiddle with the Reports share? It should be setup for read/write to everyone as "reports"...
