Reports

What would be the best way to get reports out of Call Manager? As far as I can tell, the reporting that is included is mostly trace analysis and is used mainly for troubleshooting. I am looking more for administrative reports:

- List of active numbers in use

- List of numbers using a particular phone type (7960, 7940, VGC, etc)

- etc.

ART is the Cisco supplied tool for reporting. I am in the process of developing Crystal Enterprise reports that use the CDR database as the data source.

Also, to get numbers, etc, you can run the Route Plan report, with the To File option to create an excel spreadsheet
