reset a mailbox

Is there a way to reset a mailbox so that all the personal greeting and password etc, go back to default?

Not currently- you can, of course, bulk delete subscriber mailboxes with the BulkSubscriberDelete tool on www.CiscoUnityTools.com and then reimport those users which would have the same effect - just a bit heavier.

I'm working on a bulk subscriber reset tool but it's on the back burner behind a few other high priority items so I wont have it out for probably till the new year.
