How can I reset my password for CallManger access?

For reasons unknown, when I tried accessing CM my password is not working, and I don't remember changing it.

I am a 1-man IT force, so there isn't anyone else here who has admin rights. I can contact the firm who installed the system, they have access, but that would be a service charge.

i would recommend contacting the system installer for the password for the CCM admin.

there's no tools for getting into ccmAdmin without knowing the password.

(that cisco provides anyway)

also, perhaps you can use MLA for some added security and to allow you to create a user for yourself to use, one for your vendor and then the ADMIN can be kept and the password stored in a safe location.

WOW..just to call the installer and ask for the password of the system you own is a service charge? that's way harsh!
