CRA 2.2(5) installed an a seperate server using DCDirectory on Call Manager publisher a while ago and was working fine. New CRS 3.0(3) installed in parallel on another server connected to the same Call Manager DCDirectory using different configuration profile but same repository.
Now the original CRA has problem. When you go to Resource Groups and select a resource group it just sits there and doesn't come back with the list of users (although it does occasionally!). If you hit stop on the browser it comes back with the Assigned Agents but Not assigned is empty.
