restrict all outbound calls

Hi,

How can i restrict agents to call outbound from their IP phones? I want to restrict all Phones, except one to call from.

I have CallManager 4.1.(3) and

IPCCX 4.0.(1)

Place internal and external route patterns in different partitions and exclude the partition containing the external route patterns from the agents' calling search space.

Set up an additional calling search space which includes the 'external' partition for agents/supervisors who do need to place outbound calls.

Will the restricted agents be able to transfer external calls between them?
